When it comes to party food I love finding shortcuts. Throwing parties is time consuming enough without having to bake absolutely everything from scratch. These little rice krispie treats are so simple to make and the kids really love them.

All you need is a couple of boxes of kellogs LCMs, white chocolate melts, gel food colour and some paddle-pop sticks (I decorated mine with washi tape to match my theme). Simply melt your white chocolate and add your choice of colour, then cut each of the LCMs in half, poke with a stick and dip into the melted chocolate. You might need to put them into the fridge to set, it really depends on how cool it is where you live. Here in Queensland at the start of summer I definitely needed help from the fridge.

There you have it, Thor’s hammers. As easy as 1 2 3!
