To Make Them…
– 3 punnets of berries (I used blueberries and raspberries)
– 12 premade tart cases
– 1/3 cup of cream
– 150g of white chocolate
Break chocolate up into pieces and place in a heat proof bowl with the cream. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (making sure the water doesn’t touch the base of the bowl). Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour the ganache into each of the tart cases and chill for 1 hour until the filling is firm. Add berries and serve. Yum!!
